State Police Will Democracy In Nigeria-Osita Okechukwu by Melagros(m): 9:01am On Apr 10 |
COMRADES, develop countries in the world today enjoy maximum security, this maybe because of deferent forms or architectures of security formations In Nigeria, there have been a lot of rhetorics in public discourse about the creation of state police. Today a guest by name Osita Okechukwu was featured on kakaki-AIT; with the topic 'state police creation'. According to Osita: Governors will become emperors Governors will try by all means to silent the dissenting voices Governors will send their political opponents on exile Governors may not have the purchasing power to provide the police with drones that can last up to three days in the air Some governors are still owing teachers/civil servants salaries in their states How many states governors have implemented the minimum wage? The state police will suffer ill-equipments The state police must become puppets in the hands of governors, and so on However, what's your take on the subject matter? As either a security or political analyst |
