My take:

This project is very important and also capital intensive
It is Worthy to note that the politics of starting the road on Lagos axis alone is not a good one.

The road project should start on 3-points.

Lagos phase heading towards calabar
Calabar phase , heading towards Lagos.

Mid phase, Bayelsa Phase, heading towards Lagos n calabar simultaneously.

It is also Worthy to note that the 10 labes should not be on Lagos axis alone rather it should soread on all traffic areas such as Rivers state axis, drlta and Benin axis .

With this ,the government is carrying everyone along.

If the project is allowed to staryvthe way it has started, then only Lagos axis may be completed and the rest history
