It's becoming a huge disgrace and disappointment, early as 5am people are gathered at bank doors waiting till 8am to be attended to by banks customer care officials. Can't banks think out of the box and find a way to reduce crowds been physically attended to at the bank halls. It's getting more absurd as one expects professionalism by these banks. |
