For quite a while now, I have been longing for these local foods, Akara, also known as beans cake, and pap.
But because I really do not fancy eating them outside due to some personal reasons, I told my lady I would like her to make them for me at home. Without any hesitation, she agreed to make them, as if she herself has been longing for it…. Winking

So, I decided to make a short video of the process and share it with us.

As for the pap, it took a whopping 3 to 4 days to prepare from scratch. So, I will spare you the story of the long process. However, the pap was prepared using yellow corn, red genuine corn, and ginger.

Yeah, it's breakfast time. I added milk and honey to the prepared pap and enjoyed it with this sumptuously prepared beans cake.

Trust me, you won't regret having this for breakfast.

I also love akara and pap. From the look of the akara, the paste was too watery reason it came out flat instead of round, and as a result will soak much oil. I hope your next attempt will be better cos we learn everyday.
