To prepare Ofe Nsala, also known as White Soup, a traditional Nigerian dish, follow these steps:
Ingredients:
Assorted meats (goat meat, chicken, or fish)
Stockfish and/or dried fish
Ground crayfish
Ground pepper
Ogiri or Iru (fermented locust beans) - optional
Uziza leaves or seeds (optional)
Utazi leaves (Gongronema latifolium) - optional
Seasoning cubes
Salt
Water yam or yam powder (to thicken the soup)
Fresh pepper
Onions
Periwinkle (optional)
