Police in the country rarely stay in their own native state. While this can be in good faith for keeping the unity, the negative effects are far more worrying and devastating. A Muslim Northern police man can ultimately give his own life to protect the lives and properties of his own brother, with sincerity, but can hardly do the same while serving as a police in a place which is very strange to him.
