Nigeria doesn't print dollar. Yes, you can exhaust all our foreign reserve to chase the dollar, the Emefiele way, but basic economic teaches that until we start producing more for foreign markets and reduce our consumption of the dollar, the demand will remain high.

Imagine the kind of advice Obi would have gotten from his supporters if he had won. They would have messed up the economy totally. Obi does not have the sophistication of Tinubu.

Just one thing remaining before we congratulate Tinubu for moving dollar from N700 to N950

Just one thing: Publish the monthly economic report let’s see how much of our foreign reserve has been lost to defending the naira.

The monthly economic report that was published monthly by the CBN as part of government transparency since 2013 beginning with the GEJ government, is no longer being published by the Tinubu government.

The last time it was published was November 2023. Are you people hiding something?

Do we even have any foreign reserve left?

Publish the monthly economic report: https://www.cbn.gov.ng/documents/monthlyecoreports.asp

Our country is gradually getting back on track. It seem this set of National Economic team know what they are doing cool . However , FG in collaboration with states and the traditional council need to work more in restoring peace and normalcy back to our country , in order to get the best out of the State of emergency declared on Agriculture. Peace is a precursor to development!
Price stability is one of the main focus of any serious govt and a macroeconomic objectives that should be met , as a consequence of a good policy.
