Nairalanders pls i need help reporting some irregularities on my account with MTN.
Just like we have the NDDC and CBN where banks can be reported and this irregularities get attended to please where can i report MTN. Consumer right and protection in Nigeria is very poor when it's comes to Nigerian network. These people are ripping and molesting poor Nigerians on daily without remorse. Nigerians are just dying in silence, they can't speak up because almost nothing would done about it. This consistent abuse can be likened to someone being raped on daily but they can't speak because they feel their case is probably insignificant and won't be taken serious.. Not everyone would have to go and strip themselves naked at MTN office before they attend to you.

I subscribed for a plan and I did not get the value, I called the network severally to complain but they kept on posting me.
Today they deducted money from my account in acknowledgement of a subscription that i did not authorize.

If you have a complaint against a network operator in Nigeria, report to the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC).

My own problem is what MTN uses customers' lines to advertise caller tunes that are against the customers' personalities.
