People should stop building all these short houses in Lagos that has limited land. The best thing is for government to ban building of any structures less than 30 floors to end all these riffraffs building duplexes everywhere. If you want to build duplex come to Port Harcourt |

They should have studied the areas that were previously prone to major and dangerous flooding and tracked to flood cause and channel maps to free such areas. After all this destruction of property and to still see dangerous flooding will be a double tragedy. |
