In a historic milestone, the Nigerian army celebrates the graduation of its inaugural female officer cadet from the esteemed Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the UK.

Officer Cadet Owowoh Princess Oluchukwu, aged 24, emerges as the first Nigerian female officer to complete training at the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Her achievement is highlighted as she joins the ranks of 135 Officer Cadets who graduated during the Sovereign’s Parade in London, United Kingdom.

Princess Oluchukwu embarked on her journey in 2018 when she enrolled at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) located in Kaduna State, Nigeria. Her dedication and commitment led to notable advancements within the academy, where she served as Cadet Lance Corporal during her second year, Cadet Sergeant in her fourth year, and eventually assumed the esteemed role of Company Senior Under Officer Charlie (CSUO C) in her fifth year.

Her graduation symbolizes not only personal success but also a significant step forward in promoting gender diversity and inclusivity within the Nigerian military. This achievement serves as an inspiration for aspiring female cadets, paving the way for further progress and empowerment in the armed forces.

Guys the future is what again?

I think it's high time we realize that Nigeria will not get any better if the affairs of this country is not piloted by a woman.

Checkout our women basketball team, football team or is it our great women like Dr Mrs Ngozi and Late Mrs Dora?

I think we should drop pride and senseless ego and allow women to governor this country.

PS: Google the bridge constructed by Desmond Elliot and the one constructed by the female councilor.

Also Google the water project donated by Peter Obi and the one donated by Marvin music star, Ayra Starr
