Naira Abuse: Cubana Chief Priest Faces Charges for Currency Violations The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has taken Okechukwu Pascal, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, to the Federal High Court in Lagos today (Wednesday). They allege that he violated the Central Bank Act of 2007 by spraying and tampering with naira at a party. The charges were filed on April 4 by EFCC prosecutor Rotimi Oyedepo (SAN) and seven other legal representatives. It's worth noting that EFCC recently convicted Bobrisky for similar offenses, sentencing him to six months in prison on April 12, 2024.
