As a business owners , I get the fact that at times customers can be unbearable but in my journey of business as an entrepreneur even when customers calls me or make enquiry countless time , I am always available to listen to them and follow up on them

In a work ethic as business owner it’s important you learn to cultivate the right attitude

Don’t tell your customers they have wahala because they ask for clarity or follow up rather respond to their needs and concerns

I hope with this few tips you have the right attitude to build good relationships either with your active or prospective customers
