*Accuses Pastor Chris Okafor of N25m Theft


People can indeed be utterly unpredictable. Sometimes, the least expected person can turn around to stab you grievously in the back. You just can never know what the intense greed for money can do to.the souls of some people. It can make them lose their minds to the point that they turn against the very person that has been nothing but a fantastic human being to them.

In this part of the world, its become the norm to find a drowning person clutching onto anything and anyone just to stay alive, even if it means blackmailing and fabricating all manner of lies against the person in the process. For some others, their motives are much more sinister - as they are going down, they take the innocent man down with them. And that's the situation with the drowning actress, Doris Ogala, whose career had nosedived even before it took off.

One wonders why this wanna be actress who obviously had lived a life filled with illusions, believing she was a super star, would choose to bare her fangs on a respected man of God like Dr. Chris Okafor, founder of Liberation and Miracles Ministry. This is a man who has earned the respect of all and sundry, including the high and mighty, on account of his proven integrity and accomplishments as a renowned man of God.

Anyone who knows Pastor Chris Okafor closely will tell you that, apart from his staggering spiritual and prophetic powers, he is an incredibly reliable and dependable ally to his congregation, his personal aides, his colleagues in the vineyard and close acquaintances.

This is why many have found totally astonishing the story of an unknown actress by the name Doris Ogala, who claimed the very private and hugely respected man of God defrauded her of N25m. According to her story, someone who was owing her money had given some money to Pastor Chris to give to her. She said the pastor explained that the man had given him N15m to give her N10m while he keeps N5m. Now she got to find out later that the man had actually asked Pastor Chris N35m to give to her and not N10, hence she was demanding for her balance of N25m and calling the man of God all manner of derogatory names in the process.

And this is where this empty female with a dead career is exposed for who she really is. For starters, why would she be claiming Pastor Chris was given N35m to give to her when the man whom she claimed sent the money is still very much alive? How come the man himself is not holding Pastor Chris by the neck and demanding for refund? Why would the man of God deny or lie he was given just N15m when the person that sent the money to him is still breathing?

And here is another pointer to the fact that her story has been built on nothing but absolute falsehood and wickedness. The man who sent the money, how come he hasn't come out to fight the pastor and demand for his money? Doris can simply hold him responsible for the money he is owing her by claiming he chose to send her money to her through a third party instead of sending to hee directly.

And here is that part that totally rubbishes the story of this faceless actress. Why would Pastor Chris steal or defraud anyone of N25m?

Does this woman have any idea at all the size of the ministry that man sits atop? Does she have any inkling what that structure is worth interns of investment value? Does she even know the kind of powerful, silent millionaires who surround this man and who, at the snap of a finger will raise N25m for Pastor Chris in a matter of minutes if he puts forward such request? Does she even realise the staggering financial base of the man she is attempting to ridicule and defraud? No, I do not think so. And this is why many who have heard of this allegation think it stinks. It simply does not add up. It is replete with nothing but diabolic falsehood with an intent to defraud a respected man who has distinguished himself in the comity of renowned prophets and give him a bad name.

But, as can be clearly seen, the entire plot has fallen flat on its face like a pack of badly arranged cards. It has to. There is no meeting point between darkness and light.

Characteristically, Pastor Chris, a very quiet and private man by nature, has stayed calm and quiet. He has not been the least bothered about the ranting of a broke and drowning woman whom he insists has absolutely no basis to make the sort of claims she's making. And to think that he, indeed, had come to the aid of this same lady a couple of times in the past when she ran into bad times and got into trouble with a couple of people. He was there to help her out. But perhaps what they say about the girl from the ghetto is right, you can take the girl away from the ghetto but you simply cannot take the ghetto away from the girl. She would always go back to her vomit.

Anyone who loves this lady should please advice her to desist from casting aspersions on the character of men of God, it is an adventure that will blow no good wind. You do not attempt to assassinate the character of a man that stood by you in your moment of despair and think that you won't incur the wrath of God.
Pastor Chris has been quiet. But he is no fool. He is studying the situation and consulting with close aides. Slamming this Doris Ogala with a lawsuit is one of the options on the table.
