When an incompetent bunch of ''never do wells'' snatch power and start forcing things like price of foreign currency to go down without focussing on manufacturing and provision of power, people will naturally be wary of losing money. So they keep their expectations low by staying calm.

Let dollar sell for 161 naira first before prices of stuff can come down, we don't want innocent Nigerians losing more money to government fraud.
