Job Title: Investor Relationship Officer
Department: Investor Relations Department (Operations)
Location: Yaba, Lagos.
Salary- 91,000

Job objective
• Customer / Investor satisfaction and cross-selling of brand products

Duties & Responsibilities
 Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business
 Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally
 Identify opportunities for greater profits
 Ensure the enhancement and user experience of the ticketing application used to respond to mails.
 Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
 Responding to walk in customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
 Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer compliments and complaints.
 Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc.or HND Social Sciences or in any related field
Experience: 1-2 years post NYSC Experience in similar role (experience in the capital market industry would be an added advantage)
