-Excellent project management skills, capable of leading diverse teams and projects under tight deadlines.
-Robust knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the Web3 space.
-Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain partnerships and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
-Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving and marketing.
-You are an actual user - strong on-chain history, degen, mint NFTs, use DeFi protocols, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
-Manage and optimize product launches in the Web3 space ensuring seamless go-to-market execution.
-Cultivate strong partnerships and collaborations within the blockchain and Web3 communities.
-Lead social media marketing campaigns, maximizing outreach and impact through platforms like Twitter Spaces.
-Drive community-building initiatives, particularly around NFT engagements, to bolster brand loyalty and user interaction.
-Oversee project management aspects of new initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
-Analyze market data to refine marketing activations and promotional tactics, focusing on integrations.
