Very beautiful till her last breath.... honestly we still have lots to do in our health sector ...may her soul rest in peace... May God provide for the man she left behind so as to take good care of those triplets she left behind

Why not do Caesarian section to deliver the twins?
I don't like stress and I don't like taking chances.
In cases of multiple gestation, there is a higher chances of feto-maternal exhaustion.
So the preferred method of delivery is CS.
