Bullying has always been a big problem in our secondary schools.....

Most of my physical fights were at this period, lol.

The recent video circulating about a female student assaulting another female student in Lead British School got me so upset that I could not do anything for the rest of the day. I was just hungry for revenge because it brought back memories that I did not want to remember. Bullying is a serious problem that needs to be addressed in schools. One of the ways we can start addressing this issue is by sharing our personal experiences.

So, have you been bullied in school before? Share your experience and how you dealt with it.

If you were a bully, tell us how and why you bullied people so we can collectively call thunder to fire you wherever you are.

If I catch "Tunde" eh, for primary school then...but we later became padi

on my first day in secondary school(JSS1) it was a boarding school and we came with new bed, new bed sheets and everything new and shiny, na so one senior kolobi me tell me say as from that say I go be him personal slave.

The guy collected my locker keys, started eating my provisions. At night , he will sleep on my new bed , use my new blanket to cover himself and ask me to kneel down next to him and be driving mosquitoes. I was expected to stay like that till day break and if if wakes and find me dozing, na better slap he go land me. ....Nduka, wherever you are, you wont escape punishment for what you did to me oo! even if you like become pastor and daddy GO, you will be punished !

I was forced to do wash his clothes and fetch bathing water for him. I literally served him as a slave!

it was a really hopeless situation for me...I was just a tiny boy what could I have done against a huge SSS3 senior. Boarding house master sef no get our time. no one to turn to.

to make matters worse, I just lost my late Mom and my Dad was so stressed up with work and everything that he does not want to hear any story from me.

Men! I had a really sad childhood. it was really bad, that went on for some time .

when I got to SSS1 and my younger brother joined me in boarding school , I defended him and did not allow anybody to bully him , even my own seniors then knew that he is a no go area for bullying(maybe that is why the boy no even sharp sef).

The deal was I don't bully anybody , so nobody should bully my younger brother and everybody respected that.

When I was in high school, I had a friend named David. He was a short and skinny boy with round glasses. David was very smart and loved to learn, but because of his appearance he was often bullied by his classmates.

One of the most vivid incidents occurred at recess when a group of boys started taunting David, calling him a "four-eyed smartass." I decided to intervene and told the boys they were wrong. David is a smart and kind man and making fun of him is just silly. My words were effective and the guys stopped making fun of David. This incident made me stronger and more confident, and I will always be proud that I helped David in his time of need.
