I received the mail just now to inform me of the new price increment? Why is it coming now,when dollar is crashing? Diesel prices are crashing? What exactly is the reason for these increments? Who would save us from dstv like this?

Coz most people with dstv and the likes, even with flat ass screen TV haven't sat down in front of a TV to start and finish a program in a long time - The smartfone effect it is.
