On friendship:
No matter how friendly you are to the wife of a close friend, always learn to set boundaries around issues for discussion. For instance, don’t tell her, her husband is a drunkard, she already knows that, don’t say her husband is jobless, that is a direct attack on her family and it shows how insensitive you are, don’t say her husband is a womanizer, it’ an exhibition of your hatred for that family.

Do not reinforce what she probably already knows or suspicious of her husband. Doing this will amount to destroying a home and confirmation to the woman that you are a betrayal of a supposed solid relationship.

Remember the words of Jesus in Mathew 26:24 on what awaits betrayals of friendship.

- The grace of God, the soundness of the mind, independent mindedness, and intellectual freedom, with these a man has a pathway towards total self-liberation.

- The truth is blind to its audience, does not need to be memorized, it comes with the mind, soul and heart, the truth is a package, its selfless, not tied to a reward, at least not a priority, the truth is free albeit in its entirety.

- When a society finds more happiness in dancing to the relics of its music rather than reflect on the message, that is a red flag towards a slide to chaos, indifference to moral virtues and a descent to a societal collapse.

- When the character of a man driven by his own principles only appeals to you when its of value to you and you resent the same principled- driven character when it is in opposition to your future stand on issues, it would appear then that you are a user and not a fair minded personality.

The beautiful nature of data is that it reveals the size of a problem and exposes the gap required to address the issue at stake. Data is not only the key to solving societal problems but also the supreme ‘spirit’ that drives development planning across the modern world

- Let my death come from any other source but not from envying my neighbor, or malice towards my fellow being, hatred and jealousy towards any other God’s creation, for my blessings cometh not through the heaviness of my heart but through the freedom of my soul and embrace of love to all.

- A man’s dignity is diminished when he finds himself in a community of those who diminishes his value, but the same man’s dignity suddenly becomes magnified and heroic, a superman when he finds himself in the middle of those who value his talents, his intellect, and innate ability. Could this be another form of environmental determinism?

- Don’t pity men when they are down, don’t console me when Iam inconsolable, rather create an environment that will lift my soul and bring me closer to my spirituality.

- I have seen more of poverty (it humbles me anyway) I have tasted power, I have seen crowd amassing towards me, I have seen loneliness (it makes me reflect anyway) in all these I remain committed to my principles and beliefs and the strength of God has been sufficient for me.

- Knowledge should come with humility, wealth should come with compassion, poverty should be accompanied with equanimity, spirituality should come with piety, power should be accompanied with consideration. In all these, time is the best revealer of all secrets.

- I have never seen a medicine so potent as time, time is created by God and yet with technology and innovation, time is still the greatest and irreplaceable creation of God.

- We can be all we can, but we can never live forever.

- The difference between developed and underdeveloped world, wealthy nation and poor nations is rule of law and orderliness. When you achieve rule of law and orderliness, you have the capacity to be 1st world nation.
