A 60-year-old man simply identified as Kenneth was allegedly tortured to death by his siblings and the vigilante group in Anambra State.

He was seen in a viral video monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE being tied down with severe beatings while he was groaning in pains.  He was accused of stealing a Water Tank in his family house and sold it to make ends meet.

His captors had no pity on him until he breadth his last.

This is happening in the same country where ex-Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello Who Allegedly Stole over N80 billion from the state coffers still have the audacity to challenge the authority.

Kenneth was said to have sold a water tank in his family house and used the money to solve family issues.

His younger brother arrested him with Vigilante group. He was tortured for hours and died in the process. As he was being tortured, he continuously asked them “WHAT DID I DO”? They responded to him that he stole.

I wish to call Governor
@CCSoludo and @AnambraPolice
to act accordingly and ensure these perpetrators don’t escape justice.

Currently his wife and children are subjected to fear and intimidation as they have vowed to deal with them if they continue to seek for justice for the death of Mr Kenneth.

Two wrongs do not make a right. Stealing is bad. Killing him is bad even if he actually stole a water tank. In fact, killing him is worse than stealing in this scenario.

Selective justice is the highest form of injustice. The so-called vigilante people worship rich fraudsters and politicians. African China, in one of his songs, says that a rich man that steals money is not exposed by crime fighters but a poor man that steals "maggi" is exposed by crime fighters.
