Why do we like to deceive Nigerians about all these home ownership? These people will not come out and tell the truth that it is not an outright purchase but a mortgage financed house and it will take them decades to completely pay the money. Ownership of houses in Nigeria is mostly outright ownership. In Nigeria, we buy our lands and build on it without any mortgage assistance. 1 Like |
