Deputy Rector of Institute of Management and Technology (IMT),Dr Emeka Patrick Ejim Enugu commended former president Olusegun for establishing Nigerian institute and strategic studies (NIPSS) in 1976.

He extolled the former President thoughtful foresight and the spirit of ex-raying Nigerian problem from the contest of leadership over four decades ago is well commendable

Patrick commended the management of the institution for sourcing Great Nigerians who are Scholars in policy, Strategy and leadership formulation, implementation and monitoring, evaluation.

According to him the gained knowledge will never be a waste and he deploy it to the development of IMT because it has improved him in no small measures.

Patrick who is among course 49 participants of policy strategic and leadership course (PSLC) of NIPSS said the quantum of Knowledge sharing through well organized Lecture periods by the faculty is knowledge-based.

"As the Deputy Rector,I will make sure I domesticate the policy, strategy and leadership knowledge IMT Enugu my immediate constituency- The lecture rooms., the Management Circle ,the State., Nigeria and the world as a whole.

"The worthy Positive changes inculcated in me by NIPSS through the policies, Strategic, Leadership modules will effect my immediate environment My Family and the functionality of IMT." Patrick said

Patrick while counting it a blessing and a beneficiary who was opportuned to be a participant for the NIPSS' PSLC course forty Nine said he has strategically equipped, improved and he is now good to go for policies formulation, analysis and policy management.

"My leadership quotient has positively increased and improved with the robust class works, group thinking." He said

Patrick commended Enugu State Governor, His Excellency Barr Peter Mba for his support in ensuring that the young emerging leaders are strategically positioned to effect change in where ever they find themselves.

According to him Mba is no doubt taking the state to another layer of development for the benefit of humanity, especially the people of Enugu State.

He also thanked the secretary to the state Government, SSG, Prof Onyia for his constant support to Govenor Mba have an Enugu State for the dream of its Sons and Daughters.

For their relentless efforts to make IMT an academic based for learning, he appreciated the institution Chairman, Prof Ed Nwobodo and the Rector, Prof A.U. Nweze for their approval for him to attend the Course.

He commended the Governor and his cabinet for getting sound policies on Education for the entire people of Enugu state
