Davido responds to Wizkid, saying that people no longer appreciate his music

After spending nearly 12 hours apart, Wizkid receives a lot of shade from legendary Afrobeat musician Davido Adeleke, who then mocks him.

As you may remember, Wizkid made fun of the boss of 30BG Record Label on Monday morning during a conversation with his fans by posting a video of his purported affair with an American model. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

This post stirred thousands of reactions from fans of both singers, including dramas from other singers like Kizz Daniel and Tekno who swung at each other.

Reacting to Wizkid’s subtle shade, Davido took to the X platform where it all began to mock the former, stating that his songs are now past tense.

“Dem no know ur gbedu [Translation: music] again 😂,” he wrote.

In another post, he added, “When LIGHT comes darkness VANISHES!!! LETS GET ACTIVE!!”
