This is another beach resort in the Maldives, a real tourist destination with good security and more buildings and better amenities, selling for $70m.

You don’t seem to understand that other certain factors influence and raise the value of these investments. In the Maldives, their economy is not as vibrant as Nigeria. Aside from the resort nothing else thrives around there, whereas here in Nigeria the surrounding vicinity is vibrant and working. Mind you it is also located in a Choice️ area in the state. That amongst other factors increase its value.
