According to article 16 on economic objectives, the State shall direct its policy towards ensuring that suitable and adequate shelter, right to food and food security, reasonable national minimum living wage, old age care and pensions, and unemployment, sick benefits and welfare of the disabled are provided for all ... But does our Nigerian government implement this part of our constitution in the right way? |
