To my knowledge, mix-tapes are meant to show an artiste’s true potential, no side rules or limitations. Burn Identity is actually Burna’s second mixtape this year, if you listened to the previous compilation, you’d be able to single out the young man’s music genre any day anytime. Burn Notice achieved the purpose of introducing Burna’s afro fusion kinda sound to the audience.

What makes Burn Identity different is the way he adds on a few professional artistes and still remains standing after EVERY TRACK including those with just vocals on the chorus. The sound is quite different and addictive cus most of his ‘freestyles’ still find their way into people’s regular playlists.
