The company posted this on their twitter page:

It would be recalled that the companys CEO, Paul Onwuanibe, had earlier cried out in a Channels interview that his $100 million business investment was demolished in anticipation for the Lagos-Calabar coastal road.

There was an uproar from public figures such as Rufai Oseni, Ohaneze, Maryanne Moghalu and Peter Obi. With many Nigerians stating the business was demolished for tribal reasons.

Glad to know he’s back to business. The government only took the shorelines. I really hope this coastal road project gets completed at the stipulated time as planned (because the fear of many is that it might be abandoned along the line like other previous projects).

If completed, It will also be an economic boast to the coastal towns around those areas where the road will pass through. I’m not a fan of APC or Tinubu but I support this project.

They always claim victim, even when the beach shores were been cleared, the owner of the business was still claiming that the whole business is gone just to paint the government bad.

Their case has already turned to the wolf boy who was misleading his community people by always crying wolf appearance when in reality, he was just catching fun, the day the wolf actually visited, people didn't care because they thought it was as usual wolf crying.

Do you know Landmark was not originally a beach resort? Everything landmark built on the shores were without permission and illegal.

Dude bought land then took the backyard belonging to his landlord for himself and then rented out part of it

Now, Landmark is back to what it was designed to be

So, they can still operate

I was thinking the entire facilities is going down, and that caused the outcry.

If it's just a portion , that doesn't even seems to affect major parts of their operations and they were compensated for the part affected..

They are intoevent hall hotel bar games b4 they just decided to use fedral government coastal shore

They are back to their normal business

Non of the buildings was touch
Several resort own by others lose buildings and no one is coming to media like land mark

they offer a whole lot more,Hotel Event center spaces, Work hubs, multiple high end restaurants, Gaming Hubs,offices Even a school are within the the landmark ecosystem. There's also a Highrise Apartment complex coming up within the same ecosystem.

Paul Onwuanibe is a Visionary n did a wonderful job with the Landmark Group.

I've me him personally at a few investors meeting n functions. A very humble man.

I think there should be a law that will award fine for any false alarm or accusation. None of Landmark's approved building was affected by the coastal road. But the man wants to continue having access to the beach at the back k of the building.
Even when he knows that the FG owns the shore line.
