**Overview:**
The C3 Project is a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering Nigeria's youth and women by enhancing their digital skills and employability in the IT sector. We are seeking a highly skilled Remote IT Project Manager who will oversee the development and execution of IT projects from our Lekki facility, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver maximum impact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Project Leadership and Execution:**
- Lead planning and implementation of IT projects from conception to completion.
- Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

- **Team Coordination and Management:**
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, assembling and coordinating project staff.
- Plan and schedule project timelines using appropriate tools, adjusting schedules and plans as needed.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- **Quality Assurance and Risk Management:**
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

- **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Enhance communication and relationship with business and IT stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project status and issues.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT Project Management, including managing large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy in task management.
- Excellent communication skills in American English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
