We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Inquiry Officer (Female) to manage customer communications and maintain efficient service delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to handling inquiries and a keen ability to analyze customer interaction data.

Location: Remote (Ilorin or Lagos preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Inquiry Management:
Act as the primary point for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective distribution to product managers.

Data and Dashboard Oversight:
Maintain and utilize a dashboard to monitor and report on customer interactions and satisfaction.

Reporting and Communication:
Provide concise reports on inquiry handling and facilitate effective interdepartmental communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-University degree.
- Good Command of English
-Strong organizational skills and basic Excel knowledge.
