Seems like I'm having trouble using USSD codes on both my MTN and Airtel lines. My MTN line can't make calls, and when I try to call it from other numbers, it just says unreachable. But data is working on the MTN cox I use Opay to recharge data on it. With my Airtel line, I can make and receive calls, but I can't check balance, buy data, or do anything using USSD codes on both lines. I have to use Opay to buy data instead. What could be the problem, I don't want to believe this is caused by NIN as both lines were registered with NIN but not mine... |
