As someone in the Technological space building solutions, what were your major fears while trying to build a TEAM for your first project ? I am in that phase of my first project. I know up to 80% that I need someone to join me in the crystallization of my ideas but to a greater degree, I have not been able to get any technical person in for unknown reasons. Did you also experience this ? Please tell me how you handled it.
