am using etisalat gaga phone like you,at first I encounter the same data shupdown but I latter convert it so that it will us all network.but before than I search on google concerning iots sub,latter I realis that it has a special subcription with 1000 monthly but I didn't try it bc I have already converted my own,so my advice you to go to google and type "etisalat gaga phone subscription"they will tell you the procedure to follow.but don't if you want to enjoy data then subscribe for 3g data plan.
