Try Graphcard.com or GTB, as they have said. Zenith Banks' WebSurfer seems like a nice product too.

Hey guy, GTB dont just give master card, (You sounded so automatic) its only issued on request and when u have successfully opened a domicilary account with them.
But what i think is getting a valid master card from Zenith bank, note is not d normal credit card ,they have up to 3 different master cards thereof, so walk up to any zenith nearby and specify web surfer card. u can get d full details on there site perhaps u apply for it via net after confirmed registration process with utility and gov. issued id. u then go to the bank with any amount frm $100 and above, and u pay $20 for gettin d card, i guess u pay dat just once in every year provided d card is valid.

Where did I say GTB issues Mastercards to everyone? Of course there is always a process to procure anything - especially from a bank.

you can open a mastercard accout with intercontinental bank or buy their prepaid mastercard. whichever one works. cheerio
