I'm looking for a web programmer to improve an existing website. The site is written in ASP but the programming language does not matter since I am looking for a functionality that is not currently available on it.

Specifically I want the site to be able to do the following:

1. Allow users to register with a username and password.
2. Once registered, users should be able to log in and list items for sale.
3. Users should be able to upload pictures of items they have for sale. This is the most important part of the project (in fact I was able to do 1 and 2 by myself but have been unable to accomplish the picture upload part).
4. Users should be able to modify or delete items listed and perform other functions related to their account.

As I said earlier, programming language does not matter but knowledge of databases is essential as the site is connected to a database where records are saved.
