I believe many of us most likely don't know much about the vehicles we drive. A lot of users are actually aware of much past the make and model of vehicle they pilot on a daily basis. Some know very little about the specification - bar the fact it has "4 plugs" and is "automatic". Beyond this, it becomes a bit of a grey area. It's also great to know what's fitted to your car as standard, what optional extras were specified (fitted from new) and what optional extras could have been fitted. Thus, that term "Full Option" that sellers here bandy around can be taken with a pinch of salt.  This thread is to educate ourselves, and for those that wish to buy a car that may be listed here, at least they can go through this thread, know what their dream car should have, what was non-factory, and what they could have from a higher-spec model. Those who've already bought their cars can also cross-check against similar makes and models, to make sure all is as it should be. Please guys, try not to derail, and generally go off-topic, as this thread will be beneficial to all. I'll get the ball rolling with my own car. |
