is it the people that are victims of the same society we found ourselves or the leaders that worked hard in bringing Nigeria to this state?

I am asking this becos the people dying frm these bomb blasts are mostly innocent lives though we keep saying the northern elites are not clean in all these.

how have they been able to brainwash them to keep attacking pple that are victims of the same society just as they are?
