Before in nigeria some toll gate staffs use to go to work with their own printed tickets,issue them in place of the official ones and syphon most of the collections into papaer bags for their own uses,just like the police do at check points.

I wonder how responsible and accountable toll collection is in nigeria now?Tinubu probably have found a way in commandeering it and making sure the staffs are loyal to him,just like the agberos and their chairmen in the nigerian motor parks.
