Hi fellow nairalanders, With all the debate about whether or not Service is worthwhile going on and the absolutely ridiculous postings I've read, i think those of us that still have to serve have to psyche ourselves up. Despite the negative comments I'm lookig forward to my stay beginning on Sunday14th Oct. I just got posted to ONDO state and know absolutely nothing about where i'm heading to. Has anyone out there ever been to their camp or heading same way? Lets all meet up and make ourselves a bit familiar before we meet in camp regardless of where U've been posted. Any ONDO prospective corpers out there  ?? |

well, Godwyn, you got it easy on ur own part, i was posted to adamawa. but of cuz, we've got to keep a possitive atutide and hope for the better. but i am kinda confused, did u get to come across any circular that was passed informing some corpers being posted to some states to attend orientation camp in another state please i need some one to bail me out. |

Whao You guys are so lucky.Guess what i got mine, I was posted to Anambra state.A place i av never in my life being to.Well i'm a guy that can cope with hard times. You guys let brace up and see what we can do to serve our father land.Ondo is a nice place with nice Pple They are very accomodative. Just try to see that you are not posted to rural areas. Wishing you best of luck. And for me i'm still expecting someone to see me thru Anambra. |

Guys i wish u all the best. I served in Kwara about a year ago,and i must tell u it was worth it. I had a nice time,  ;DGod really favoured me. So just keep ur head up, and be the best that u can be during the service year. While others are permitted to see problems,u will see opportunities in Jesus Name. Pls. enjoy it. At least its just for a year. A friend! |

Does anybody know where Kebbi state is? I just got posted there,have been hearing how boring place go be. Anyway,any nairalander posted to the state should holla at me on 08023801887. We can hook up from there. Lets hope phone service go be there. Peace |

Hi Jerry, I Saw The circular but it only affects choice states like Lagos Abuja & a few others with high corper posting but poor camp facilities according to an NYSC official,Neighbouring states would have to carry d excess load.But I believe she wasnt telling d whole truth as every person in my school that was posted to such choice areas either has an uncle or an aunt working in NYSC or had to part with a ridiculous amount of money.Thats NAIJA 4 You and it sickens me. Anyway man know man aside I'm looking forward to even better luck in my now very DEAR ONDO state.Hope they don't have OPC sha.just kidding |
