NFS has been rubbish for a while now, Hot Pursuit(2010) being the exception.

I doubt you played NFS: Most Wanted, if you did your opinion would be different. The only thing NFS: Hot Pursuit has over NFS:MW is the Cop cars. With no two player split screen it can still become boring.

You need to try out the Burnout series especially Burnout 3: Takedown and Burnout Paradise. The racing is exciting and the competition is fierce especially during two player split screen.

Forza Motorsport, Gran Turismo, Burnout, etc are all considerably better than NFS. Blimey, even the likes of F1 2011 and MotorStorm have overtaken NFS!

GRID is the best game ever! Powerful realistic simulation. Your car can get damaged or scratched,your bumper can fall off. Not all these ones you will collide and continue

THE BEST SIMULATION RACING GAME IS GRAN TURISMO

NFS is real cool (hot pursuit, shift, undercover etc)
Others I like are Real Racing 2 (1 is boring) and asphalt 6 both on ios.

I will say Grand Turismo 5, it has online career, challenge, 2p challenge and lots of online features and much more on their garage options, you can bet and make more money winning online races!!! But FIFA 12, the ultimate!!! just saying!

It depends on what U̶̲̥̅̊ luk @​ in a racing game, i prefer Gran turismo (on PS3) & forza motorsport(on xbox 360), the vehicles in these games mimic the handling dynamics of the real ones, and the lap time figures on the race tracks in the games are close to what can be obtained in real life.

Am sorry it has to be F1 2010 and F1 2011

Need for speed: The Run is really engaging and prolly the best of the series (tho NFS underground was cool then). Burnout series is a mighty top challenger for the top racing game. I PERSONALLY will choose burnout over NFS. Tho its gonna be a hard and painful choice cos they are both good.

i mean games are for entertainment purpose, if u can't do it in real life at least u can do it in game. Bet dats the reason no one mentioned NFS pro street, the game really sucked. i had a good time with NFSMW.

Sorry about the negative comments, I got carried away. I retract my comments. I personally feel that the Need For Speed series is pretty much for the casual gamer just looking for some fun. Serious driving enthusiasts have just got to stick with the Forza MotorSport series, Gran Turismo series, F1 2011 and Dirt 3, in my opinion.
