One of the points in the address was FREE education for citizens of Imo state from primary to university level. Each university student (studying in the state university) will be paid N100,000.00 Per Annum. N70,000 is free and N30,000 is a loan which can be paid back ONLY when the student must have graduated and started WORKING. |

Apart from students in regular programmes, students of Imo origin in the state's higher institution will get N80,000 (HND) Per Annum while OND students will get N60,000 Per Annum. |
