, No matter the good you do, people will talk,  So many governors are wasting  billions and oga rochas decided to spend this one on students and yet some people are talking trash,  As for those saying he should invest the money in imsu(upgrade), governor rochas is already developing the permanent site of imsu, and i dont need to tell you that the structures there'll be of the highest standard,
