Since you want to add weight, for fatty foods that contains only saturated fats, eat balanced diets that contains measured quantity of carbohydrates and fibres. A little exercises a little rest. Finally, try as much as possible to give yourself about an 8 hour sleep within every 24 hour. The result would be wonderful.

Indomie noodles & ostrich eggs

Take lots of milk & eggs. Avoid excessively fatty food. You could also consider getting wate-on emulsion.
