my laptop came with an onscreen reader but its not reading documents like newspapers on an online news site

If you are looking for something that will read to you the kindle will do it.

The price you want for the kindle is way too much.
I need either a kindle Wifi or Fire. Brand new Kindle Fire sells, from what I have
witnessed on this site, for less than 45k. A WiFi Kindle sells for even way less.

Amazon kindle Fire is $200 on amazon.com, kindles are not normally available at wholesale prices for resellers outside the US, amazon fire is not even available in the UK,

So at $200 plus shipping, say $30 (I guess DHL or FedEx will charge more than this) is about N37,000 at N166 to the dollar. There is a seller on this thread selling at N45,000 is this unreasonable? If the seller is selling 40 units a week, then maybe that margin is too much, but if the seller only sells one unit per month, then we expect him/her to survive on N7,000 gross profit.

So N37,000 to N45,000 is this too expensive, that is the question?

by the way does any Kindle apart from the Amazon Fire actual have the facility to read out 'audiobooks' ?
