4. Reps & Senators to be paid by their states, This will make them more responsible to the state they represent. Status allowances to be paid to principal officers by FG.
5. The present FG-State relationship to be similar to State-LG relationship.
6. Every Federal Position requiring people from States should be paid by their states sending them and allowances can be paid to FG if necessary.
7. States should have the right to generate and distribute power to their state.
