I went to my Stockbroker to collect my new CSCS update after I added some stocks to my portfolio only to find out my Access Bank shares was not reflecting on my portfolio. I call my brocker to find out what happened, He said, it is from Central Security Clearing System office Nairalanders, I don't know if anybody has similar experience. Also what could be done to correct it? |

something like that could happen if there's any disparity whatsoever between: the account name you use with CSCS and the name on the Access bank share certificate you submitted for verification what they do is to automatically open another account using the name on the share certficate. so ask your broker to find out if that was the case |

Did you buy the access on secondary market or you gave the broker a certificate? |

the fct is that a cscs has been prepared before for the access bank share since june 2006. i now gave my brocker fcmb certificate to all. The cumulative shares in my portfolio reflected on the new CSCS leaving only the access bank. Can brocker sell share without the owner consent? mistrey not wonder shall never end!!! |
