Hi guys,
please can someone help me out here,AM visiting peckham on the 24th just for a night,I need a nice and cheap B&B or hotel
around the vicinity (peckham )precisely,I have tried google but can't find anything suitable.

Can anyone recommend a place for me pls.am coming from dublin to stansted and then will take a taxi to peckham from airport,
I'will depart on the 25th morning back to ireland.my flight is already booked.

You'd be mad to get a Taxi from Stansted to South East London its about 40 Miles.Best is to get a train from the
Airport to Liverpool street then on to the underground to London Bridge and a surface train to
Deptford of Peckham Rye.Enjoy.

why peckham?
Nice cheap hotels around Greenwich/deptford/bermondsey

take the train from stanstead to stratford
Jubilee line from stratford to canada water
Bus from their to peckham/Greenwich/deptford

re u serious when u said it's about 40miles from stansted to peckham?
how much do think a taxi will cost from stansted,i know u re not a taxi man
but pls just an estimate.

before booking my flight I googled the distance and what I found was 14.48km
u might be right though in saying over 40miles,becos sometimes wit google u never know.

how far is summer rd off commercial way,peckham from stansted airport.
Am visiting summer rd,how much will a taxi cost to summer rd from stansted.

that link was very helpful to me,infact it is a life saver,
it seemed that I will not need hotel afterall as I'll be boarding
a train at 11.45pm to 5am from peckham and my flight back
to ireland is 6.30am,so there is no need paying for hotel for just
one hour.

just to thanks to all for the lovely advice.I've just returned back to Ireland y.day,I must say damn south east london is bad
especially peckham I was gurb smacked.stayed in london bridge hotel.man the hotel was crap for the money they charge.
