Summary of Job Role: Responsible for managing the Executive office
Our ideal candidate should be degree qualified in any general administrative course, proficient in the use of MS word and excel with good communication(oral and written ) skills.
The candidate should be between the ages of 25 – 35 with at least 3 years cognate and demonstrable experience. Prior work experience as a Personal Assistant is a prerequisite. Candidates should be personable and possess emotional intelligence.
A picture of candidate in the body of the CV would be desirable but not compulsory.

if you have nothing to say, then don't. its not compulsory to post for postings sake. if you can read it said : it is desirable but not compulsory. i recruit and i find that pictures help you put a face to the person. Even when we don't pick the person at first, we do not throw away CVs . we sometimes have a need to recall some of the cvs as other openings open us and by then we may have forgotten the person. The picture helps remind us.
