Starting from january, federal workers get their salaries every close to 15th of a new month, what is causing it? if i could remember the President promise to pay salaries every 20th of the month, but reverse is the case, we get salaries every 15th of the new month,eg we got january salary on the 15th of february and february salary on the 12th of march. please if you have any idea on this share it!!!!!

Dose responsible for d payment of salaries usualy deposite all d money in a bank acount with the sole aim of makin huge profit 4rm it as a result of interest paid to dem by d bank 4 makin such deposite...apparently its d bank dat encourage such action,,d go 2 dis pple,tell dem to save up dis salaries 4 a specific period of time which inturn will yeild millions of naira as interest..its a shame dou cuz dis is so unfair..

Sometimes the problem is from the Ministry of Finance but most times the problem is from the heads of parastatals. Workers salaries are deposited in fixed deposit accounts to generate funds for the administrators.

that's exactly what was happening in Imo state. Teachers salaries were held almost one month before payment. But when ROCHAS came in he dissolved SUBEB and as am writing now every Imo worker is paid as at when due. ROCAS WE KNOW!!!

The main cause of d delay is because d issue of e payment is under negotiation. @poster are u working in Unizik?

for the govt to tell u that u will suffer for ur children to enjoy, wat do u expect? delay of salary, kill the poor pple and their children, reduce population etc. dats the formula, bad govt we have no palliatives cos subsidy is not removed 100%.
