While stock fluctuates over market conditions, land keeps appreciating over time. Forinstance, a land that worth one million Naira can double its worth the next year, especially, when development is swinging towards that area. So, i think it is better to invest in landed property.

LANDED PROPERTY IS BETTER. IN FACT IT IS THE BEST IN NIGERIA.
